Randy W. Jones, 51, of Corsicana passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2017 in Mesquite, Texas. He was born on June 16, 1966 in Cleburne, TX to James N. and Tommie A. (Coker) Jones.
Randy was a loving and caring soul. He had an extremely likable personality that made him well known in the Corsicana community. He attended Corsicana High School, Navarro College and the University of North Texas. He enjoyed acting and singing and was an active participant at the Warehouse Living Arts Center. He was also a member of the Positive Voices of Dallas at the Cathedral of Hope in which he recorded 2 albums with the group. He loved his dogs, his family and all of his friends which will all miss him dearly.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Tommie Jones; and his brother, James N. Jones, Jr.
He is survived by his husband, Robert W. Jones of Corsicana; sisters, Linda Morehead and husband Gary of Corsicana, and Vickie Wing and husband Ron of Corsicana; step-children, Aaron Michael Hawkins and wife Tabby of Caldwell, TX and Gina Renee Sargent and husband Brian of Caldwell, TX; nieces and nephews, Jeff Milligan and wife Nickie of Corsicana, Cory Milligan and wife Halie of Corsicana, Crystal Teerlink and husband Aaron of Missouri, Donny Morehead and wife Melissa of Missouri, Brian Wing and wife Lisa of Corsicana and Eric Wing and wife Christy of Corsicana.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at 3:00 PM at the Warehouse Living Arts Center of Corsicana.
